1. Benefits of Weight Training

One of the biggest reasons why women are afraid to do weight training is the fear that they will ‘get huge’. This is an unnecessary fear, simply because women cannot naturally build as much as men. Avoid lowering your calorie intake when you do weight training. To build muscle, your body needs a certain amount of calories and a lot of protein. Do some research on what the ideal eating plan would be for weight training to help you achieve your goals.
